Gate 2022 Result:The GATE Time Table 2022 for the Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test has been announced by the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur. According to the GATE 2022 test schedule, the first exam will be held on February 4, 2022. According to IIT Kharagpur, GATE 2022 will be held on the 5th, 6th, 12th, and 13th of February 2022.
The GATE Exam 2022 will be held in two shifts. GATE 2022 Exam Information
IIT Kharagpur is the organising institute for the GATE Exam 2022 in 2022. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a nationwide test held jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) in Bombay Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee. Different Engineering/Technology/Architecture Government institutes utilise the test score to select masters and doctoral candidates. The overall number of articles has been reduced to 29 with the addition of two additional topic papers: GE (Geomatics Engineering) and NM (Natural Resources) (Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering).
Date of GATE 2022 Result
The GATE 2022 results are expected to be available online on March 17, 2022. Candidates will access their scores and ranks through the GATE result 2022. Furthermore, applicants who qualify for GATE 2022 will get their GATE score card a few days after the results are announced.

Eligibility Criteria for GATE 2022 Exam
Candidates taking out the online registration form for GATE 2022 must be Indian citizens. Candidates outside India who fulfil the eligibility requirements can apply for the GATE test 2022.
Nationality
Candidates must meet the qualifying conditions for admissions through GATE 2022, listed below. IIT Kharagpur will announce the qualifying requirements for those wishing to take the GATE test in 2022.
Must have finished or be in the final year or pre-final year of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology; or
Must have finished or be in the final year or pre-final year of a Post Graduate degree in any relevant science topic.
Qualification in Education
Candidates who have previously acquired a degree higher than those shown in the table are also eligible to take the GATE 2022 test. Check the qualifications for the corresponding degress in the table below.
What’s New in GATE 2022?
Geomatics Engineering (GE) and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering are two new topics (NM). GATE 2022 now contains 29 topics.
Another noteworthy feature is that students applying for GATE 2022 can choose two papers from the specified list of combinations.
Eligibility criteria for GATE-2022 have been relaxed from 10+2+4 (ongoing) to 10+2+3 (ongoing), allowing candidates in their third year of undergraduate studies to appear for the examination, providing an additional opportunity for candidates to improve their performance and secure better career options.
GATE 2022 test papers will be objective. Multiple Choice Inquiries (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and/or Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions are examples of question patterns.
How to Apply Online for the GATE 2022 Exam
The GATE 2022 application period runs from August 30 through September 24, 2021. Candidates may learn how to apply for the GATE 2022.
Registration: Candidates must register through the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPs) by providing their name, email address, and cellphone number, following which an enrollment id will be produced. Candidates must change their passwords for future logins.
After completing registration, an application form will appear in which candidates must give personal, academic, and qualification information. Candidates must select their desired exam centres from the above list while completing the online application form.
Uploading Images: After completing the application form, the applicant must upload a scanned copy of their photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable) following the test authority’s instructions.
Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the application fee shown above using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
Final Submission: After completing all of the preceding procedures, applicants must submit the application form.

Cut Off Marks for GATE 2022
The cut-off scores will be announced following the GATE 2022 test in February 2022. Until then, candidates can check at the previous year’s “GATE 2021 Cut Off marks and highest marks” until then.
There are two kinds of cut-offs: qualifying cut-offs and admission cut-offs discussed below.
GATE Qualifying Cut Off: These are the minimum marks a candidate must get to be eligible for the test. There is also a subject cut off, and the conducting body will announce the GATE qualifying cut off.
GATE Admission Cut Off: This Cut Off is set by individual institutes and is determined by the number of seats available, the number of applications, the category of candidates, and other factors.
