How to Get User ID to login on ehrms.upsdc.gov.in

You have to contact NIC to get eHRMS (Manav Sampada) User ID as the State Administrator User ID is provided by NIC to the State Level Office/Head of Department. Therefore, the State level Head of Office is determined for the User ID of the State Administrator of Manav Sampada.

With the application you can contact NIC eHRMS Team and then the responsible Head of Department will provide you the User ID and Password. You will be able to login to Manav Sampada Portal through the same User ID and Password.

• If you want to login to Manav Sampada Portal, then for this you have to first go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Manav Sampada Portal.
• Then you will see an option of eHRMS Login at the top and you have to click on it. On clicking, a new page will open.
• On this you first select the Department Name.
• Select your Directorate/Head Quarter.
• Then enter your User ID and also enter password.
