A total of 5846 candidates will be declared finally successful for the respective post through the recruitment examinations and the process of their appointment will be started.However, finally successful candidates in recruitment will be called for medical examination at selected hospitals in Delhi.

The notification for recruitment to a total of 5846 posts of Male and Female Constable in Delhi Police was released by SSC on 1st August 2020 and the online application process lasted till 7th September. Under the prescribed selection process for these posts, the computer-based online examination was conducted from November 27, 2022 to December 14, 2020 and the CBT results were declared on March 15, 2021.
Thereafter, the Physical Exam and Documents Verification was conducted from 28th June 2021 to 26th July 2021. After this, now the list of finally selected candidates is to be released by the commission on 31st October 2021.
