While filling the application form candidates also have to attach some documents. The application form will not be considered as a completed form until all the documents are attached with it. Below we have provided a list of documents that applicants need to upload along with their requirements:
Photograph of the candidate: The photograph of the candidate should be scanned and it should be in JPG format. The size of the file should be less than 20 KB and the dimensions of the image should be 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
Signature of the candidate: The signature should also be scanned and the file should be in JPG format. The file size must be less than 15 kb. 3.5 x 1.5 cm will be the signature dimensions.
